I love cheese! Why is it so good?! I've been digging Asiago lately, but Provelone or Mozzarella are usually my choices - although... i guess it depends on what I'm in the mood for... because if I'm making grilled cheese, it's so tasty with sharp cheddar and tomato. ALSO... Yum... goat cheese in marinara with red pepper flakes. I eat it with tiny slices of crisped sourdough. *sigh* I can't pick just one favorite. |
