My favourite comfort food is sadly also junk food! Not healthy at all. I am a real chocoholic ... I sometimes feel like a junkie who needs a fix! I feel better immediately after eating some chocolate. I am also a doritoholic! Doritos and pringles are my favorite. It's true, once you pop you can't stop! lol
To resist the temptation I found that the best solution is not to keep any of those tempting delights anywhere in sight. After all, if I don't have it I can't eat it. I try to console myself with the fact that dark chocolate is good for you, but I can't find a similar argument for doritos and pringles ... any thoughts?! hehehe |
