I think it's great that you're doing a survey, though I don't think it will be a true reflection, as internet access is not widely accessable - the poor won't be represented too well! Visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics_of_South_Africa for an overall view of the demographics! Unfortunately it won't be able to tell you any interesting stories of how people ended up at the south point of africa! ;-)
