yes we mix English and French with Lebanese .. but we don't speak Franco-Arabe like Western Arabic countries (Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia)

we speak arabic...

frensh WAS the second major language spoken till the 80s... it changed ...and people started moving towards english....
so now... you have arabic as first and major mother tongue... then comes English as the second runner up.... then finally frensh....and in some areas in the south where the UN resides.. you can find people that actually speak italian.

lebanese arabic in it self.... is 80% arabic....10% english...and 10% french....
as you have been answered before... hi, keefak,cava,,, (which is the mixture of the three languages) is not something so weird to be heard around lebanon

these facts follow no religion...or regional rules.... ALL lebanese are fairly educated with no exceptions....and u really rarely find anyone that speaks less than 2 languages...
