I don't lose control.

The trick is not to get angry in the first place.

For example, I have asked for an official document from someone who works with the social security. I was supposed to get it last Thursday.
On Friday he said: "I didn't say it would be over by Thursday. I said Monday"
On Tuesday he said: "You'll have it tomorrow afternoon for sure"
On wed he said: "The guy who was supposed to send it to you is having problems with his car"
This morning: "You'll have it by 10:00."

It's 11:37 now and I'm trying not to do something I'll regret.

insensitive people. like those people who really doesn't care what others can feel. as if they have no respect for other and as if the world is theirs. like there was this boss who shouts at his employee in front of others because of a simple mistake he had than. i mean, yes, it is a mistake but, you don;t have to yell at him in front of other people. think about what mental pressure will the person goes through. i might say i want to tell his boss to shut up.
