I am truly grateful for so many things.
But top of the list would be that I am grateful that Allah swt led me to Egypt to pursue the career of my dreams,to meet and marry the man of my dreams and bring me to Islam.
It is like there was a then to my life and a now, two very different lives and life styles, lead by two very different aspects of the one me.
I realise that for too many years I had been searching for what I have now, but intsead of moving forwards I was going around in circles.
It hasn't been an easy road I have walked, far from it. There have even been times when I wondered what the purpose of my life was and was there even a purpose left for me at all. For no matter which way I turned it seemed always to be only filled with darkness and pain that wasn't even of my doing.
I have now walked out if the dark into the light and all the fears, all the ghosts of the past have been put to rest.
For my life now is full of so much happiness and true love there is no room for even the memories of how it once was, for me.

Im grateful for my life, coz i had bone cancer in my leg and they told me at first i only had a year to live if i didn't have raidiotherapy asap.
iam well now and have a p.time job and studing pharmacy at uni.
i hope to save enough to get to Egypt as soon as I can.
i'm hoping for next year.
So I am really grateful that i got to live.
