But the most thing that sothings me,is the sound of the rain at night!

i noticed some ppl said silence !!! well hell no !!! for me i love noise nd any noise to me is soothing.... i can do anything in noise.. but !!!! if someone talks when i am watching tv.. if tey just say one word... watch out cause your head will be missing !!!

The ocean. I have a recording of waves, and rain which I will play when I am wound up and can't relax. Works for me.

Tree frogs. I grew up in the country with a swimming pool. The tree frogs would be lined up under the side of the pool. At night they would just sing away. When I moved to California I actually bought a CD called Frog Chorus to fall asleep to at night. It worked. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

where did you grow up? i think it is vary soothing to! i dont know why. when i ride in cars i fall asleep in about an hour.

Soothing ! For me , it is SILENCE !

With the frantic pace of life we lead these days , the rush & bustle of city traffic , dealing with road rage continually etc etc to come home to our little patch of God's earth & experience silence is pure bliss !
