What time does school start/did it start for you?

oh no!! your starts monday?! Mine starts wednsday THANK GOD. I get a few extras day..but we are only going wednsday, and thursday, Friday I am going to canada and the following Monday we have it off. It's like we are getting a taste of school before it actually starts. And I Have to be up by 5:30 so get ready and my bus comes around 6:45 And the bell rings for school around 7:20. Me and my friends usually hang out and talk in the morning before school starts.

Mine started at 8:00 till 3:00. I always used to wake up late. Mom always had to tell me "yallah mama eja el bus". That would be the only statement that makes me jump out of bed. And yes, we had to go six days a week. On Saturdays we did our quizzes.

God bless the old days. I graduated from school in 1997. The principle loved to host me in his office. Everytime I was sent there he used to say: "Rami! Ya Ahlein, ya ahlein, shou mbayan 3anna? Shou botloblak ahweh walla shay?" My good grades prevented him from firing me lol.

WOW THAT'S 10 YEARS AGO! It still feels as if it were yesterday.

9:00am for every one and I've attended 9 all across Europe.

Anything less is pathetic and pointless. The working day generally starts at 9, why should school be any earlier?

Mine used to start at 8:00 and in Ramadan Timings it used to start at 9:00.

Highschool started at 7:55. The earliest college class I could take started at 7:45.

I love taking the morning classes because it allows me to get out early and start the rest of my day. On the other hand, my boyfriend is not a morning person and he prefers later hours.

I think an early morning start for students is good because it prepares you for the real world. Most jobs start around the 8 am mark.

At my daughter's school the first bell rings at 7:55 am. My son's is at 8:00am.

he's the 2nd on his class and he's always afraid of parent's meetings...lol

ok we strart classes at 8:00
but we've got to be at school anytime before 7:45
but the bus comes at 7:20
so i have to wake up at 6 so that i get completely ready to go
we finish at 2:30

but when i have exams or any project i wake up earlier to revise

and that's it
we start school in 24th .sept...and finish in 28 june
plus we don't take much holidays ...oh that's aweful

It differs here. My daughter has to be there at 8am, My friends daughter has to be at her school at 9am but those are both Elementary schools, high school here starts at 7:15am
