The best policy in this situation is to listen and smile and above all, don't take her shopping.
When I was a bride, I used to take my mother to choose things according to my taste and then I would call my fiance and ask him to come see what I chose. In your case, you can skip this part and buy what you want 3ala tool without consulting him.
Bas the problem is going to be later, I feel that this type of sister in law is the type who will visit you on a daily basis to organize your life for you!
Just ignore and hopefully she'll get the message & and don't let her spoil your relationship with your fiance.

Like: "eh da, howa enty mesh labsa a7'dar fe asfar zay el moda? tegy anzel ma3aky neshterilek fostan a7'dar fe asfar?" or "eh da, gazmetek demode 7'ales, yalla ta3ally ma3aya neshterilek pantoufle souf 3alashan yedafeeky". I asure you she won't have anything to do with you anymore. Or even better, tell her that when she wants to shop for the dress she'll wear at your wedding, you'd like to go with her to choose it for her. If she tells you the same about your wedding dress, tell her that you'll wear your grandma's dress! Lol!

explain to your husband that it is bothering you, but depends on how the sister in law will react, sometimes they don't react very nicely at all, i'm sure if it was easy enough to just tell her to stop it and she would, that you would already have done it, so it must be more complicated. I think you have to make it clear that your making your decisions on your own, your open for opinion and suggestion but try to make it clear in a firm manner that the final decision is yours no matter what. You don't want to cause ill feelings or anything or insult anybody because this is family, so wherever it's not a big deal just let it go, if shes making a suggestion on something let it go in one ear and flow out the other :P don't listen. But if it's something more private, then stand your ground, make it clear it is not a comfortable topic to discuss and you don't appreciate talking about it. She should get the hint!

Pull her aside and tell her what she is doing. Tell her that she is butting into your life to much and you can't take it anymore. You have to tell her how much it is bothering you.

Your reaction must consider the depth of the relationship between her and your finacee , I would say it must be very close , but still she has no right to do this , be diplomatic , talk to your finacee/husband about it in a smooth way , just remeber this will not stop here , in the future she might decide for you at what hospital you should deliver or to what school you should send your kids, she must be stopped , but you should be carefull about it !!

There is a way that can drive her crazy and save you many troubles.
Be very cold with her. Decide that she can not and will not make you nervous.
Is she married? If not find her a husband - somebody you do not like Lol-so that she has somebody else to tease.
