Although it's a fungus, not a vegetable, I can't stand mushrooms. I get a gag thing going on if I think I've eaten a chunk. I don't like asparagus, but it's not horrible. I am a weird one who loves lima beans, brussels sprouts, eggplant and broccoli (yum yum!), lol! I don't like raw peppers like the green and red, but I can deal with them cooked. Artichokes don't really have any flavor (the one's I've tried) so I don't like them either. Cauliflower and cabbage smell funny and give me gas, but I like them too. Oh, I don't like beets or turnips! Blegh!

Oh, and I love spinach and molokhiya too!

mushrooms with a passion i never ever eat them i can not tolerate them i have tried them a few times when i was younger in different styles like soup cooked fried but they made me gag and was then sick. Even the smell of them make me feel sick.

I think every other vegetable i could tolerate if needed to but mushrooms i just can't.

LENTILS...cant stand those things...they are like beans but not..we...Lentils are evil...that would be mt death sentence, "death by lentils"...next to tomato juice, the taste is bitter and unforgiving...

I like them all, see the secret is if u don't like them one way, try them another, like if they taste yucky raw, then cook them, boil them, grill them, sautee them, just try them any way, they might be nice ..........

I sound like a mummy here trying to convince her child to eat vegetables.........sorry force of habit lol......
