1- My penguin stuffed toys (to keep my company at night, when i'm scared)
2- My nicotine patches
3- A laptop with wireless internet, just so i can connect to my favourite place in the world: Y!A !!!!!!!!! yaaaaayyy

because i'm sick :-(

1) Fishing utilities
2) Books that teach you how to fish / hunt your food
3) Four packs of condoms (you never know)

Well, Okay... if there's Internet connection, then yes, I'll take the laptop instead of #2. Hell, if that's the case, then I probably won't use #3 (I'll revert to the manual relief method - much safer - God bless the Internet)

PS~I was once abducted for 6 months by a bunch of Amazonian queens. I sold them my soul and it felt great.

I would take:

1- A life time supply of always with wings
2- A Potty Pot ( i dont like doing it on the sand UGGGGGHH)
3- A Life time supply of tissues ( im toooo hygenic when it comes to these issues, cant use plants or leaf)

and if i was at an island i guess food supply would be great Ex: monkey, snake, mouse, worm YUMMYYYY....

Okay your question is a bit vague so I am forced to assume that this desert island is more like a vacation spot with full amennities (running water, and electricity as you stated).

1. Appropriate attire with toilettries for camping.
2. Food and Various tropical beverages.
3. Art supplies including a digital camera.

utensils (meat knife, paring knife, serving spoon,...)
cooking supplies
can opener
water purification tablets
pocket knife
foam pad for sleeping
sleeping bag or a ton of blankets
a card game or 2 or 3....

Sheesh... I don't even remember everything on that list!...

Water Purification Tablets-- don't want to get a "friend" by drinking bad water...
