Good question:
I can't really, we have a mediteranean look which we share more or less with many neighbouring countries: middle east or Europe.
But accent and mannerism are foolproof: as soon as they say anything, in any language: I spot them.

i can tell if a person is NOT lebanese .. they show right away ... esp. if they're trying to ACT lebanese ...! yukkkkhhh ..

In a female:I would haveto say the eyes,u know the big sexy eyes !

In a male:hmmm maybe their facial face that i could know their Lebanese,dunno!

I was talking with me friend so a guy passed, and i told her, now that is a lebanese guy, so, he was talking with his other friends and he turned out to be lebanese!!!

So i guess we have the instinct to know if they are lebanese of not

To me you can tell from the blood...mostly if someone is Arabic or not.

Yes ,I think the eyes & eyebrows tell me if the person is Lebanese.

The conversation is usually based around food ...if they aren't talking about it they are singing about it or eating it !

yeah i can actually recognize a lebanese when i first see him/her.
characteristics in the face of :
a man : the way they fix their beard and their wide eyes...
lebanese men are more likely to be brunets .
a woman : also the eyes and the her facial details.
