What would you say to foreigners coming in 2010?

I have given out warnings to all those I know whom are coming. Given tips on how to keep themselves "safe", what to expect, what not to do and where not to go etc.

But I know what it's like, no matter how risky it is, if it's something you want to do you'll do it no matter what.

Maybe this is a good thing - people will see what SA is like and the wider world will be informed just to how much crime there is. I think that God has a plan but I doubt it will be a soft blow!

We are already telling them to give it a big miss. Why should football fans be exposed to the horrific crime and violence in South Africa for a game of football? South Africa needs to get its house in order and sort out the crime. And I dont mean the likes of Danny Jordaan wandering around the World saying crime is no different in South Africa to elsewhere. Neither do I mean the "more Police" offered when everyone knows they are corrupt criminals themselves and a parody of the Keystone Cops.
You need to sort it out for your own citizens first then maybe you can invite guests but until then the message is clear "Stay Away."

It they still decide to come despite all the bad things they see on TV, i hope they enjoy the beauty of SA, all the scenic places, our wildlife and a braai............one should not leave without experiencing a SA braai

I hope that South Africans give the foreginers a great time!!! And show the beauty of our country and people, as know one really knows what its like.
