i think if someone says im sorry for the same reasons twice... that means he/she never regretted it nor is! if they were so sorry abt it then why did they repeat it!

"I'm sorry" has become one of the most over-used, meaningless cliques in America. I call up a buisness and if they don't answer what do I hear, "I'm sorry I missed your call today." Well, "I'm sorry" for calling is what I feel like saying back. Why are they sorry for missing my call? Did they do it on purpose just to annoy me and so they must apologize? Well if someone didn't do anything wrong then there is no excuse for saying, "I'm sorry!"

but seriously. first of all, it does depend on the situation. but for me personally, most things can be forgiven once, but if they need to say sorry for the same thing, then, depending on the situation, sometimes 'sorry' is just not good enough.
