When I say "I'm sorry" all the time and don't know the real meaning of it. Only to say "I'm sorry" can't cure the pains from someone which I did through my mistakes. First of all I must know MY mistakes and what I have done wrong. And to say "I'm sorry" isn't very easy, it must come from the heart.
