Well, it sounds to me as if you are perhaps more psychic than you reallised. It could well be that there is a spiritual presence in your gran's house, and that it wishes to make itself known to you. Of course, it does not follow that one has to be psychic to experience a ghost - but the fact that it happens to you frequently suggests that possibly you could be.

Do not worry! This presence is quite benign and is perfectly harmless. Could be well worth investigating, though!

its all what ur minds wants u to see.. have u were heard any stories about any kind of presence in that house?
where is ur granny's house?? is it an old house with huge corridors and was built very long ago??
are there empty rooms?? having a presence of the other form (jin) in such places is a reality they are every where this world is theirs too.. there are numerous incidents about my grandma's place too... but the thing about ur situation is i think that as u have been told about some presence in that house which makess your mind thinks that there is someone watchin u...

just try to think about sumthing else when u lie down to sleep... try not to let your mind get this feeling that something may be watching u .. i know its goin to be hard u will get a hold of it slowly slowly... =)
