Well this depends (I consider opening my eyes to be part of the process of "waking up"), if I want to go back to sleep, I'll close my eyes and go back to sleep, or move around in my bed, or whatever. If I want to get up, I'll get outta bed and get ready for the day (with whatever that entails), or if my alarm woke me up, I turn that off, sometimes even before opening my eyes. |
