I loved strolling through Garden City, when we went to get our visa, it was interesting with all the Embassies around.
I also like to stand on Tahrir bridge & look at the river & all the rushing traffic.
But i love Talaat Harb, i've never seen so many shoe shops in one place, lol.

@ well i loved Luxor too, but thats not in Cairo. I lived there for 2 yrs.

I like Heliopolis. It is self sufficient. It has wide streets.

I also like Maadi. Although it has witnessed many negative changes, but it still has its charm, its houses with gardens, its sports club and its annex by the Nile and its mall with many shops including brand and chain shops of all kinds.

The Citadel. It's a beautiful medieval castle with unique buildings in it, among which the mosque of Mohamed Ali, which is very alike the Aya Sofia church in Constantinople/Istanbul.

it has all the needed facilities for a reasonable clean life .

I like Dokki, where i grew up, i love everything about it.

I love the zoo, carry lions babies, but I love the tower watch the landscape taking a cup of mentha tea with a delicious chocolate cake, but too I love take a ship in front Le Meridiam and enjoy Nile river or walk in Hanan Kalili Market..

Too I love museum, the three Pyramids, Giza.....there are many things in Cairo really is a treasure, but I have been many times there....then is like my home.
