Which country do you find the most peaceful in the world?

I pick Canada. I love that country. How about you?

Btw, I wonder how many people here would pick Israel?

Well not Israel, and none of the Arab countries. Not Canada either. Trust me, I was taking an International Law class and Canada hides a lot of their racism.

I would pick an Island. Only an Island, and an isolated Island can be peaceful. No country is peaceful.

Switzerland is okay.

definaltly somewhere quiet like ireland or scotland

Southern Ireland is very nice and peaceful.

Simple Simon
I don't know how many would pick Israel, but i DO know that Israel will be ahead of any Muslim country, as usual.

Cyverius
Canada is also my favorite english-speaking country.

In general though, Switzerland tops my list.

As for Israel, I doubt even if orthodox jews consider it the most peaceful country... But I hear that -apart from the conflict with the Arabs and the ensuing terrorist attacks in some areas- it's a very safe country to live.

New Zealand ! Absolutely without any doubt!
when i went there ,i picked up a local newspaper and it was all about a two year old murder.the rest was ads for the local women's choir meeting friday! They are bored out of their skulls!nothing ever happens there!that's why all the mad adventures are all born there.bunjy jumping and rolling down a hill on a ball!
in israel no-ones ever complained of being bored!

I have properly been to 5 countries in my lifetime so far and of them, the most peaceful is Canada. At least from what I could see.

The 5 countries I have been to are:
Israel
United States
Canada
South Africa

Sweden, Norway and Finland as well.
Israel is not a country. Yet.

Never mind Simon the Simpleton. I would choose Finland. A peaceful country in my opinion is one that is at peace without war or the politics to match. Cheers!

Well, i haven't been to too many country's yet.

America - went when i was 7, and it was disneyland lol.

Spain - Its nice but i don't like the drinking crowd.

France - I like France very much, i could even possibly live there for maybe a 3 months period if not longer. But its a bit too much like Central London, and if i wanted to go Central London i just need to get on a train and it will only take me 15 minutes. Paris is slightly more layed back than London actually.

Israel - Yeah i love Israel.

Belgium - Uh, kinda boring. Wouldn't rush to go back.

I haven't been too many places, once i go traveling i will get back to you maybe lol.
So far i would say Israel, but on the basis i haven't been too many countries, i could change my mind.
