U did not mansion what u want to purchase.If ur Indian Then I dint know Why u r thinking to go these places for purchase. I have visited both places & found India the Best cheap only u need to select a right place to purchase.Except gold & electronic goods Singapore & Dudai both r 6 times costlier than India. For gold &electronic goods 1.2 times costlier than India.Only benifit is that Cheeting is practically nil on both the places.

I have travelled 17 countries in the last 8 years. I had been Singapore alone and with family last year.
But DUBAI is the shopping paradize of the world. You cannot compare Singpore to Dubai. It is like comparing Elephant to ant.
The Dubai is 100% tax free. There is no sales tax on the goods you buy. Hence the products are cheaper than any part of the world
Dubai is famous for Gold. It is the no. 1 Country in selling gold ornaments.
Dubai's shopping malls are like paradize and nothing in the world can be compared to them. In fact I had been to Las Vegas last year (July). Trust me Dubai is much much better than Vegas.
Don't even have a second thought about it. Dubai is developing to be a the greatest city man has ever made.

I feel that Singapore is a better place for shopping as it has been voted many times of having good treatment towards tourists. Also, it is known as the Green City as its very clean.
