I eat the brown baladi bread,,, if not available I eat any brown bread,,,why?
Do u know that insects and bacteria are smarter than Humans, any thing which is spoiled easy is more healthy than the one which stays longer ,,,
example: brown bread will spoil quicker than the white one,,, Insects will be more in brown flour, than in white flour,,,, ants will invade the brown sugar not the very white one,, The natural butter will be spoiled earlier a lot than the hydrated oil,,,,
By experiments , they found that the bacteria and the insects are having a healthier life style than human,,
anyway , pay attention, the bread with lots of fiber which is designed for diet has also some problems,, as the fibers catch the food calcium causing lack of calcium in the body,,, we should take calcium supplement if we are using that kind of bread (3esh sen)
Now have any one see any bacteria in alcoholic drinks, (only the fresh ones can be spoiled) you see the bacteria knows better...lol |

ahem.. I like eating the Lebanese bread, if available then brown Lebanese bread, if not then the normal, white one.
And I adore wholewheat bread, I love brown bread. It is healthy and taste yummy. I also like to eat rye bread. Ahhh and I adore "markook", this bread is made on Saj.. mmm.. I don't know how to explain it.. I think a pic is better to show you what I mean:
