Best friend....there are a billion "fish in the sea" but very few good friends who know you so well and who you can trust....I still feel sick when I think about a friend I lost to something really stupid.
Of course the worst would be if the person was both things to you...that would be like losing 2 people instead of one. ihaven't had that problem thankfuly. Alhamdililah

I guess someone's love is also his/her best friend. So, losing my love would hurt more because i'll lose 2 a best friend and love.

i agree with Apricota.
when you really find your true love, you also find your soul mate, your other half. and you share with him everything. all the good and all the bad things. and he becomes not only your husband, but also your best friend.
by loosing anything of that too, you loose them both.

Loosing your love.

Even though it is hard to loose either the relationships are different. Friendship you share fun, laughter, some secrets, stories. With your love you share exactly the same but more the love between each other you share the little moments with each other than you will never replace even if it is so small like eating a pizza together and he feeds you before him etc. knowing every mark on each others body, knowing what makes each other laugh, likes and dislikes etc.

Your love is your best friend and more so it would be like loosing your best friend too.
