it depends...I mean when I am a follower, then the leader must be a "real leader" - someone who fights for the truth, someone who knows what he really want, someone who stands next to his "followers", not behind or in front of.
And when I am a leader, then I must a good leader. A leader which tries to help his "followers", fights for his and the right of the others and has good relationships to the others.
And I also want, as a leader, that the others respect me and want me as their leader.... :) |

if i am to lead a limited number of persons and i know how , i would choose to be a leader.
