Mothers are the better nurturers....they spend more time with the children , care for their most basic of needs & their role is so undervalued by both society as a whole & in many cases , by their husbands.
Fathers should be the solid rock....the strength of a family , the one who not only provides but gives direction when needed . Both roles are absolutely necessary ...

I think you arent referring only about parents' love...bcoz that is equal for each of them......or at least has to be that way.
About caring...teaching, supporting.....moms are the ones that bcoz of our maternal roles do it oftener than dads.
many times dads are more time out of homes, so moms are with kids more hours per day.
About kid's preferences...many boys like more the mothers.and girls are best friends with the fathers......without love the other one less for it.

Just before one dies he allways calls out "mother' or when scared, as for better parent, Moms are deemed the higher ranking due tradition of the stay at home or the working Mom. Now dads can also be a great parent and give the same TLC when he is the primary care giver. Not to say tha't the only time but to give that Mom thing those dads are the primary givers. we all know there are good moms and dads and bad ones too. So it all depends who you ask.

i thik they are equal
my mom is very nosey and is always doubting our intentions and never thinks we are telling the truth but is calm and talks to us and stuff

my dad is 3asabeh and im kinda distant from him i dotn really sit and have convos with him its awkward, but the good thing is he isnt nosey and trusts us more i tell him something and he will believe me, like if i say im talking to my friend sarah on the phone he will believe me but my mom on the other hand will make me open speaker phone to make sure its a girl and not a guy

i cant chose, they both got their strong and weak points and i dont feel more at ease with one more than the other. i gotta watch my back around both of them lol

A parent's Love is better, whether is be mom, dad or both. It is there, sometimes not evident, but it is there. Unless the parents are very selfish, then they only love themselves and I feel for the kids. Please I beg you parents to love on your children as much as you can for one day they will be gone and you will wonder where the time went. Don't let it pass you by.

Both of mine mean the same to me. They have different aspects which make them who they are. I wouldn't want to pick one or another. Their both the best.
