he best place in the middle east is Israel.
its the only true democratic country in the region, its the most advanced in technology Israel has a vibrant cultural life and a technologically and industrially advanced economy. The Israel Museum in Jerusalem houses the Dead Sea Scrolls along with an extensive collection of Jewish religious and folk art. Israel has artist colonies in Safed, Jaffa, and Ein Hod, as well as three major repertory companies, the most famous being Habima Theater

i can go on and on why Israel is the best, you cant match it.

I love israel. Its not what everyone hears it is on the news, i lived there for 5 years, and not once did i hear or c a bomb, no wars, and I can go outside (i was 5) and go to places alone w/o having to wworry. People just listen to the newz and automatically decide they hate israel, but israel is the most beautiful place in the world. Actually it is more peaceful than the US!!!

The country is beautiful in areas such as Galilee but the police-state atmosphere stifling. I would give anything to see the occupation by Europeans professing to be decendents of the ancient henbrews disbanded and ousted. Other than ultraconservatives and jews themselves nobody likes this "country". A recent BBC poll tied it with Iran as one of the two most widely disliked countries/governments on earth.

i like Israel it sound like a beautiful place. i would love to visit Israel one day. especially Jerusalem at Christmas time and see the beach at tel aviv.

I love Palestine and it's people and I hope I will live to see it liberated from wealthy European "settlers" who claim to be descendents of the ancient hebrews,not that even that would justify seizure of another people's land. The Irish or celts originate from what is now Austria if you want to go back 2000 years.

The question is just "who likes israel?" can't you just answer the question and not bring it all your side issues? You can say 'I don't' if you like - but jez - what's with all the drama man?
