It would have to be Gonzo. Although I really liked how sensitive and sweet Kermit always was... I'm afriad I just meet too many people that actually LOOK like Miss Piggy.

Had to be the versatile Kermy and his wench Miss Piggy. This was the first TV programme my daughter took any notice of. Even before she could sit up on her own, little eyes used to follow the movements on the screen. The music and dancing were so addictive! When she was a little older, she couldn't understand why they were only on once a week (this was in the days before videos). She always referred to them as the Muspets. Must admit, I mourn the fact they are not on now (why won't they show the repeats?), but I was disappointed in the revival a few years back. Nobody could match Jim Henson.

Ralph the dog is definitely my favourite, mainly because at that time I had a minature black poodle, who used to sit next to me on the double piano seat, whilst I played (badly).

As much as I told my dog to play like Ralph, he would do nothing other than to sit and stare at the music score.

It tickled me pink just watching Ralph pound those keys.
