hey Daglass! How are you?? We miss you here in this section!!
This hatred has been passed on from generation to generation!! Our generation must try to stop this hatred so when we have kids or for the future generation we might start to reapect each other more! I mean we should be ashamed of ourselves we arent even face to face but when we just talk on the net (yahoo answers) we are being very rude to each other ! Peace must start somewhere so we must begin within ourselves!

Maybe we will be friends in my opinion we need one whole world that will be called world of states and all the states will have to follow it's international laws and every country will have it's own unique rules but still the world of states will set the ground basic human rights.

worldluv: when I see programmes on Palestinian TV showing jews as evil, and devils and so on, and when these shows are aimed at three and four year old infants, then for me they might as well have been born hating jews.

You could not find equivalent shows on any TV station in Israel. I challenge you to find one, and if you do, I will apologise.

And it isn't Israeli soldiers that are shown in these programmes, it is jews.

Also, you did not live in Palestine. At present, there is no country with this name. Call it Israel, out of respect, or else you deny fact.

People are not BORN with hatred. They learn it.

Also, I have lived in Palestine for a couple of years and I can assure you, many Palestinians I know do not hate Israelis! They hate what is been done to them, but they have told me -- and I saw them live this -- that they respond with respect to those who show them respect. I have witnessed many civil exchanges between Israeli soldiers and Palestinian citizens.

Saying people are "born with hatred" is wrong, and spreads more hatred. Let's spread truth instead.

EDIT to MikeinRI - I think you meant 'Palestinians are NOT born with hatred". As to the rest of your statement - please do not generalize that ALL are educated to hate because it's simply not true! I think there are SOME people in all parts of the world (yes, Israelis too) that sadly are taught hatred instead of the truth that we are all connected....all one human race.

Green Eyed: "might as well have been born hating" is not the same as been born hating. The latter assumes absolutely no control and that EVERYONE has hatred. This is simply not true. Let's start with the fact that babies are born innocent - then there's hope, eh? Jews are very sensitive, and rightfully so, about people saying they have no right to exist. Well, ditto for the Palestinians! The Occupied Territories of Gaza and the West Bank are together referred to as 'Palestine' so yes, I lived in Palestine. Be respectful to all please.

All of the fighting is because Palestinians were born hating Israelis and vice versa. The only way to stop all of the fighting is to start preaching tolerance so that future generations will not be born hating each other.

Edit - "B" I am always happy when I see my responses bother you so much you have to comment on them - you are too funny. The occupation is just an excuse not the reason because if they really wanted the occupation to end they would sue for peace and not back terrorists. Too many Palestinians back the terror/destroy Israel mentality and it goes on even before the occupation.

I love how some people just live in their own world, it's as if they've never tried to see what's actually going on out there... but I guess they have to do that so they won't feel so guilty about what ''israel'' does to the palestinians.
