I read the Talmud excerpt. It's talking about if one were unrightly use anointing oil. It said that it was okay if one were to pour anointing oil on cattle, vessels, the dead, and goyim. It proceeds to explain why each one. It doesn't say that they are all in the same. That'd be saying that there is a such thing as a Zombie Cow-Boat. Your conclusion is irrational and xenophobic.
