My dear Estelle, I doubt your "hate Israel" definition.
Each and every country around the Globe hates what the Jews are doing on that land that does not even belong to them.
No one hates the Jews per se, and as a proof I challenge you to read some of that country's brief history.
It was always conspiracies, killings and deception.
Israel very rarely participates along with the more advanced countries in any pro-peace or humanitarian adventures.
The gaza massacre was the last straw in this 60 year mayhem.

your question has many loopholes in it.. Firstly, not only middle eastern countries hates Israel, but countries that are faraway from middle east too, like Indonesia, Malaysia, and Norway(on the courtesy of beautiful sunset)..

Simply, because Israel is an undesirable intruder.

In order to establish their so called state, Jews had to kick millions of Palestinians out of their home (Palestinian Refugees all over the world), exterminate other thousands, and repress the others who resisted and refused to leave.
Why shouldn't Middle Easterns hate Israel? Why shouldn't Muslims? Why shouldn't the free world?

Amazing how this question generates such racism from the pro-Israel crowd. I see the Arab hater and racist Teresa is back. Why is it every post she makes is full of hatred not only for the Arabs but for Muslims as well. I guess hatred is just ingrained in some people. And for the record, I don't know of any Arab who is jealous of Israel. They hate them for killing and lying about it. They hate them for land grabbing, and lying about it. They hate them for committing terrorist acts and lying about it. They hate them for lying, and then lying about even that. Lies lies lies, killing killing, land grab and more land grab. That seems like enough to cause anyone to hate them.

I'm curious why? If you're and Israeli citizen, I understand, but otherwise I see no reason.

Israel has attacked Middle Eastern countries more than Saddam Hussein. Currently, it's occupying all of Palestine and parts of Syria. It claims the right to keep the land of other countries that it took in war, and expel the citizens of that land. Or force them to leave by brutal occupation practices that make life under Israeli rule untenable, economic strangulation, discrimination, torture, and imprisonment.

It's killed 10s of thousands of people just because they aren't Jews. It's made millions refugees.

It was founded by ethnic cleansing.

The Arabs, mostly, had accepted Jews with fairly open arms, during times when Europeans were running pogroms or inquisitions Jews were welcomed by Arabs. There were many Jews living in Arab lands, some rich, some poor, in many places accepted as equal citizens. Until the Zionists who founded Israel decided to expel most of the Arabs from what's now Israel, with many massacres of innocent people. Then the Arabs started to get suspicious of the Jews.

This is just history. It isn't an attempt to portray Israel as anything but what it is.

Well, I live in Amman, Jordan, and i don't hate Israel...neither do I support them. Jordan actually has the best relations with Israel, amongst the Arab countries. It is the only one to have an Israeli embassy, and daily flights to Tel Aviv. But, it's just Palestinians consider that Israel took away their land...Even though jews and Arabs lived together for the past hundred years without serious issues. Both sides consider that that the country should be entirety theirs. And the two state solution isn't working, because Arabs still can get insulted and the authorities won't do anything about it...Soldiers have the right to search Arabs, and enter their homes and request free food. If only both sides could be more equal towards each other it would really solve many problems.

In answer to your question about oil, yes it does. The Arabs through the OPEC economic terrorist cell, use their oil to blackmail other countries into limiting their support for Israel.

good question, they do, for no reason, except jealousy.and with good reason, Israel has achieved so much in so little time.Israel is a true democarcy and the only one in the region.Also many hate Israel because theyare Anti-Semitic and Israel being a majority Jewish sense, they hate her.
With regards to oil playing part in the peace process, it probably does, Oil catapulted these countries into the modern age. With a people uneducated, untrained and unprepared for the intricacies of modern life, many of these countries have floundered since severing ties with their former European protectors. In most countries the ruling sheiks and dictators and their privileged minions have been unwilling to share the wealth with their countrymen.
