Its not that we allow them to hurt us and its not that they necessarily mean to hurt us either....its that we care about them so much that whatever they do to us matters more than if someone you didn't care about did it....know what i mean...
In this case, i don't think it takes 2 to tango....its just a logicall phenomenon/state of mind.... |

We don't allow them, it's just that we are so vulnerable in front of them and our heart is open, completly surrendering to them, so the smallest thing they say that we don't accept hurts us so much.
Only time can heal this type of hurt...not much you can do about not being hurt the next time, except that your heart and mind learn how to be stronger and tougher and not surrender to that person anymore...so then, the love you have for this person also changes...and it's his loss though cuz you are always going to be the better person. |

well i am not that sure about letting them but if you got to ppl and one is close to you and one is not and they both did the same thing to you ...you are going to ge hurt from the one that is close to you cause you feel it more and cause they are your loved one......that is why they hurt you cause the others you dont notice... just keep a smile on your face and keep on moving forward !!!=) |

I dont know if its actually a matter of allowing them knowingly to hurt us. Its just that one cares so deeply for that person and it feels so good to have that feeling and humans naturally don't like to think about the opposite that can happen. Being hurt at least lets you know that you're still alive and can one day have the same feeling of love towards someone else, who hopefully, will not do the same thing. |

in order to love someone you have to open your heart to them. unfortunately, that also leaves you open to get hurt. but if you didn't open your heart you wouldn't be able to love.
