The difference between men and women is in the hormones:
While women produce more estrogen, men produce more testosterone:
I am not going to state here the difference but , some of their functions; and how the food they eat is consumed inside their bodies with the help of the hormone they produce))

-maintenance of muscle mass and strength
-maintenance of bone density and strength
-pubic hair extends to thighs and up toward
umbilicus Facial hair (sideburns, beard, moustache
*Estrogen function (female Hormone)
-promote formation of female secondary sex characteristics
--**accelerate metabolism (burn fat) reduce muscle mass
lower waist to hip ratio, on average wider in hips
--** more subcutaneous fat
--**fat deposits mainly around the buttocks, thighs and hips ("pear shape")
*smoother skin texture

**From the above we find that females have higher metabolisim (so more energy to warm their body). More fat storage and subcutaneous fat (so they have smoother skin and a better body warming (and later for better warming their babies inside) than males, ,opposite to males who use the food in building thicker and more muscles and in physical activities ,than fat,,,

When women are in their period , or pregnant , they produce more even estrogen , so they have smoother skin, more warm body than ever,,,

PS:
-The more estrogen produced , the more feminine characters and warming, women have, that is way there is a relation between femininity and (hot) , the more feminine woman is described as hot woman,,
-As for the cold feet or hands, that is a different story related to the efficiency of the blood circulation,,

It is funny, that women sweat more than men, (in the same weather temperature , and same activities) as their bodies always burn more, have the subcutaneous fat ( the fat cells under skin) thicker ,, Humans have to have a constant body temperature, 36.9c , In hot weather, women sweat more to cool their ( more hot) body, than man, , (and the more feminine the woman (more estrogen) the more she sweatsā€¦.lol

Hey hon, they were probably tourists, its still warm in egypt by day to the tourists, at least its a lot warmer than here in england (2c here). You wont see any shorts here in the winter, more like jumpers & jeans & fluffy boots!

@ oh you guys are so funny, you dont know what cold is, no offence but, our summer is like your winter & your summer is like an oven to us, lol

I saw when i was in turkey with 3 degrees the temp. , I saw a girl wearing short skirt and showing her legs , it was the only one i saw there wearing like that, 7azy we7esh :P

me personally i wear tw pants and stuffs made of wool and two socks sometimes and ium still feeling cold nothing to do with women' hormons or something
these women are used of cold weather and they want to look hot in cold the best times to proove it LOL
me even in summer i rarely wear it
i think they 've been paid for wearing that LOL noway even if i got paid i never wear that it's a risk for health specially women health how could they got prgnant later it would be difficult coz the cold will affect the organs OMG!!!!

OH i just enjoyed reading all these answers.
Every one is saying how cold it is.
I am Scottish and i go to Egypt on holiday in November. It is soooo hot for us, but Egyptians are wearing long sleeves and feel the cold. i have to wear sleeveless tops even in the evening as i am still warm
girls wear shorts as it is warm in egypt. your winters are warmer than our summers.
i can go outside in our winter with a t shirt on because i am used to the cold. we don't feel it as much as you do if you came across here.

yeah...very similar to when i freezing to death ...but wearing a lot of clothes.. then this girls with capri (shorts) comes near me.....
so i went like : omg it's very cold, don't you think so?
then she goes: true ...i'm extremely freezing.
so i gave her a look ...you know what look...(the look that says : i wanna kill you).
lol... and that's here in lebanon with temp -2ā€¢

and i say... there is no beauty in showing your legs to men in freezing cold weather....that's stupidity...
so then they get sick and think to themselves : oh i was trying to look attractive and now i ended up sick and looking miserable.

there are 6 months of warm weather( spring and summer)...plenty time for those girls who want to show some skin.... so put on some clothes and stay warm for the moment.
men can wait for some time... lol

to make the boys hot they wear short clothes.
It is under hot conditions the money from the purses spills over .
some times it is misleading. U see indian girls appearing in micro minis , but close look will reveal that they are wearing skin tight thermals with color matching the color of skin.
Is it a proof that girls are smarters to the boys. Boys get cheated by appearances , looks and outlooks

Where did u see that? In Egypt? I've never seen it in Egypt but I see ladies in USA do that all the time. they're just used it. They care more abt keeping their chest warm with heavy clothing.
