Not all of them do it for same reasons.
Some like to show the details as possible
Some wear it as a current mode
Some wear it and they never feel it's really tight
Some are really fat and they insist to refuse the reality and like to prove something for themselves before any one else.

For many ladies it gives a certain feeling of comfort similar to the feeling when you are wearing all weather clothes and or you are equipped to walk in the desert.

An advice I should tell to both males and females who likes very tight jeans. It's not good for their health specially the reproduction system. At the same time, it may look attractive but it doesn't always attract the right people and it may repels the good ones you may prefer.
