Why is palestine suffering for something that england decided to do in 1948?

It is a great injustice that history will no doubt look back on and wonder at.
I often wonder why weren't the European D.P's of WW II given land in part of Germany to settle in.
After all they were all middle European by many generations with no ties to the Middle East at all.This was reflected in their culture,music,dress and speech.

Colonial England is responsible for the suffering of the world. England is responsible for the suffering of the Arab world. England made out of the one Arab world 22 states. Do you remember Hussein/ McMahon agreement and how Colonial England did to the Arabs. They created the state of Israel to divide the Arab world and to keep Middle East a war zone forever.

The British first talked about moving the Jews out of Europe in 1917.
Lawrence, united the Arab tribes to throw out the Turks from the middle east. He drew up a map of who lived where, in1922, and was himself very upset when his superiors told him that Britain was to anex Palestine to place there all the "unwanted" jews from Europe.. He did voice disagreement, but sadly died very soon after. (It was believed by many at the time that it was because he had done too good a job of uniting the Arabs and the Jews of the Middle East.)
His origional Tribal is in the British War Museum.
I do have a copy of it.
As early as 1917 the European countries were discussing the forceful removal of Jewish related peoples.
I say Jewish related as most were in fact decendants of the tribe of Israel and were known as Yidish, from the different form of Hebrew they spoke.
Jews are decendants of the tribe of Judah, and no other tribe..!!

The Jews comitted acts of terrorism against the British troops stationed in Palestine, and Britain didn't want to fight back so just withdrew their forces.

That is why i believe Israel is the real terrorist state in the middle east. it was founded by terrorists, and is maintained by terror.

Let's not put unjustified claims, no one has the right to expel any nation from its home land claiming giving them a substitute home land.

If people believe in real democracy, not the one that suits their opinion, then they should allow democracy to rule and govern the relationships but neither believe in democracy so suffering will continue.

Forget Brits and their ill doing, they did the same everywhere, but Israelis are no better than arabs because they don't believe in true democracy, instead they believe in use of force to achieve their goals.

As for arabs they have not yet accepted that dignity is far more important than wealth and luxury. We shouldn't blame the leaders and so called regimes, simply remember what the arabic poet late Abu Al Qassem Al Shabbi who said;
" If one day the nation decides to chose life then destiny will have to obay "
So, when we as people chose life; which is dignity and honor, over our personal greed then we shall stop suffering.

There's already 3 governments in Palestine:

#1 - Jordan - about 76% of Palestine
#2 - Israel - including all the disputed lands - about 23%
#3 - Gaza - about 1% of Palestine

If the Muslims wound up with over 76% of Palestine, why do we need a 4th country in Palestine that will probably be pro-Osama?

Because the Palestinians don't realize they are their own worst enemy and they should have accepted the two state solution from the beginning. Instead they decided to eliminate the Jews and failed to accept their legitimate rights in establishing the modern State of Israel.

Some people are never satisfied, and they suffer because they are selfish pigs who never have enough. There were Palestinian Jews and Palestinian Arabs. The Jews got Israel in 1948 and the Arabs got Jordan (80% larger space). So now, today there is no Palestine and no Palestinian people only Israeli and Jordanian. And then Hamas, causes them to suffer stirring up trouble where they don't belong.

Firstly, Britain GAVE 82% of the region of Palestine to the Arabs - remember that country we call JORDAN?

Why don't you direct your anger at Jordan for refusing to absorb the Palestinians when it occupied the West Bank, prior to 1967?

You now expect Israel to do what JORDAN refused to do?

And you might like to recall:

The Palestinians were offered everything they wanted at Camp David in 2000 and again at Taba in 2001.

They were offered:

- East Jerusalem as their capital

- 100% of the Gaza Strip

- 97% of the West Bank.

What did the Israelis ask in return? They requested an end to the terrorist attacks on Israeli civilians.

The Palestinians REJECTED all offers and didn't even come to the negotiation table with a counter offer. They made it clear - they prefer terrorism to their own state.

Because they won't go along with the plan. A plan that would have left everyone richer and living in peace. The people that immigrated to Gaza from Jordon , Egypt and Saudi didn't come there for peace. They came to make war and brought their families to suffer with them.
Now they have a chance at a peaceful sovereign state and they refuse it. Duh!

Because the Brits are God and God gave the land to the Jews.

There was no such thing as a Palestinian in 1948, or even before that, for that matter. The region formerly known as Palestine was under Ottoman rule before the British took over. Most of the Palestinians in Israel today have come from some other Arab country, or at least their ancestors did. Furthermore, there were Jews living in Palestine at the same time as Palestinians were, in the early to mid 1800's.

speaking of egypt- nasser's instigation for the 67 war is the reason for the present conditions. I would only admit to suffering if hamas did not have a choice between smuggling in food or guns.

palestine is not suffering because of something england did, palestine is suffering because of immaturity and blindness of its population. Its population doesn't have to suffer if it only stops with death threats, and terrorist attacks.
