Maybe you are just not looking in the right places as they are certainly many who fill your description of being polite. But "delicate"may be a misleading term for the women of today and belong to an era when women remained too often in the backgroung a beautiful addition to any social occassion
Women can be still be poised,refined and skilled in the social graces but they are far from being delicate flowers whose petals will bruise if touched and only grow and blossom properly in a rarefied environment.
A wander around the campas of any university will validate this for you.
The young women of the Y generation have maintained their femininity as well as their dignity and are surely equal to their faculty brothers.
Many of our talented sisters proudly making a mark as they ascend their career path and many will rise to the top of their chosen field before turning her skills to motherhood and child raising.
Its said"Sometimes its hard to see the forest for the trees"
She may be closer than you imagine,what will be,will be,when the time is right.

it's not rare, it just needs search...there are lots of polite girls but most girls now are affected by western movies, thoughts and ideas...they started to neglect their religion and take off hejab...but still never generalize...good girls r every where...u just need to search
