I am black,but i don't believe your statistics. Which country are you talking about? Blacks in which country?
For what i know,is that in my country in Africa,most crimes are committed by natives who are subsequently blacks ,not Indians,whites or Arabs or Japanese.Even though there are citizens from the countries i mentioned in my country,the crime rate involving them is negligible.

You are talking about 80% of road accidents not by blacks? hmm,what meal did you take this morning?
Go to West Africa(any West African country) and hope that a foreigner drives by and stops for you to cross the road.

A black brother,will come around the corner speeding,you will have to run,to cross a road.

I must admit that there're some decent people with good manners but they are at the lower percentage.
