I like to explore all types of wine but red wine always wins. I usually have one or two glasses per day with dinner. Of course red wines have to be a little colder than room temperature but it also depends on the wine.
I used to think that french wines were unbeatable but was surprised to taste many others that can be equal or even better.
In lebanese wines there are some that are excellent such as Château Kefraya, Château Ksara, Massaya, Château Nakad and Les Émirs.
White wines are good when they're semi cold. In white wine my favourites are Australian.
There are many foreign wines that I find excellent especially Californian such as Treana and Blackstone.
Australian such as Jacob's Creek (Shiraz Cabernet) and many Italian wines. My favourites are: Liano, Moma and Tauletto all by Umberto Césari.
Discover also the ICE WINE that is only made here in Canada. It's sweet, goes well with desserts and has to be very cold when you drink it. |

Personally I like sweet white wine......but i Like white wine with fish and red wine with meat.
And I prefer Tannat with food . It's an uruguayan wine that all of you would love if you have the opportunity to taste it.
Wanna visit me and try it???
You all are welcome here !!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Dry red wine at room temperature(preferably Ksara reserve du couvent) and very very cold white wine (preferably Ksara blanc de blancs)...I rarely buy foreign wines they don't taste better than Ksara and they are much more expensive...Beujolais is a kind of French red wine that you serve chilled but not my favourite one, I only get it when my cousin visits me and I know she likes it.
I'm a beer type of person and there I would tell you ALMAZA beer is the best...I've not tasted anything like it yet, not even in Germany. |

I prefer Red wine , preferably served at room temperature ....I used to always drink the sweeter varieties but once my palate adjusted to the non sweet I have gained a far better appreciation of good quality wine....
Australian wine is world acclaimed these days & I wouldn't consider buying imported ...I enjoy a glass with dinner ....
As far as beer is concerned I must say that coming from a country that was always considered to be primarily a beer drinkers version of heaven, nothing I've tasted here compares with Almaza ! Nothing ! |

rose or white (syrah and chardonnay mixes are fairly popular), medium-dry, cold, from what i've seen. And it's a good thing since lebanese wines seems to be weak on bouquets and fairly dry, which only serves to keep the wine coming :P |

I only drank red wine once, and personally, I didn't like it. I think Pina Colada's are awesome, though! |

chilled red wine, on occasions, chilled white.
Italian is the main foreign wine (as far as I know), but most lebanese go for local brands as Kate mentioned. |
