I don't know what to say, but What I can advice you is to bring a paper and write down all the things u wanna do even traveling, everything, and start to arrange them starting from the most important, then go on, and when u finish something remove it from the list, and u will feel better,
u know sometimes i do small things but it makes me feel I did something at least, and give me energy to do other things.

This sounds more like depression than boredom. Clinical depression in.fact, this will not go away by reading answers. You need to make an appointment to see a Doctor a.s.a.p. Though i doubt you can be bothered to do that either. You must force yourself to take that initial step to seek qualified help. No one here can help from what i am reading!
Sorry if this sounds like a negative answer, just trying to point out that you must think positively, you have taken one step forward, you must continue in this way, step by step!

I do know how you feel and how it is not easy to get out of that lethargy. It could be related to a state of depression but not the case of going to the doctor, nuh, he will only give you medication which might help but will not solve your problem and even get you dependent.
I suggest what some already said, if you can, step away from this scenery right now, go for a walk, see places and people to air out your mind.
Also you should ask God to help you get some determination and organize yourself to get things done. I can tell you it is not easy but He will help you ... Cheer up my dear! |

Go for a walk! Try to look around at everything, clear your head of what is weighing on your mind. Be in that very moment. I think it always helps me when I'm bored or stressed out. There are so many amazing and interesting things to observe in this world. Try it 8') |

...once you get rolling you will be motivated. I find that when I don't want to do anything at work, once I get going on something, it turns out ok.
Also, DON'T multitask! You can do things like answer the phone and type, but don't go from doing half of one thing and half of another, then back to the first. Finish one thing, then move to the next thing. And prioritize. |

okay start by making a list of all the things you have to do. them put a star by the things that have deadlines. write out the dead lines and make a new list of those things with those that are due first at the top then at the bottom put the things that have no dead lines. this will give you where you need to start. after that if you still have no will to work go for a walk or eat lunch and then come back and start at the top of your list and work your way down. i do this all the time and it works really well. |

what you want to do is do or assign yourself to do something even worse than that, like saying "im gonna fix the roof now that its raining, or lets jog a marathon, i find it when i have homework "which i dont usually do" if i have to go somewhere i sudeenly find the urge to "lets do the homework and lets not go ther" so try that. |

I get like that a lot. The stuff needs to get done especially the ones with deadlines.. and the longer you wait, the more stressed out about it you'll feel, and the more you WON'T want to do them.
Honestly, the best thing to do is try to start on one of the things you need to do. If you just can't get into it like you need to - do something else for ten minutes and go back to it. Keep doing that until you can get it done.
But, and you know this, you'll feel a hell of a whole lot better once ONE thing is done and it'll give you the motivation to finish up the rest of it. |
