I think you need to write a formal letter declaring war on the company who sold the helicopter as it encourages people to fly them knowing that eventually those inconsiderate aggressors would fly over your house. Then scrounge up a couple million $$$ and hire some mercenaries from South America to be your personal army. This should get their attention.

It's not your call to shoot down an heli and even if you do, that copter may just land on top of your house and ruin your life though. Think twice before shooting.
