Personally, I would choose KLM. KLM has a reputation of good service and reliable flights, and they have won a number of awards for that. (Airline of the Year many times, most recently 2005, #5 on CNN's most respected companies list, etc.) Aeroflot, while much much better than the Soviet days, is still having trouble catching up with the rest of the world.
As for seat back TV screens, Aeroflot does not provide them. What they do have though, is a device called the "DigEplayer" which is the equivalent of a portable DVD player. These are loaded with movies and entertainment programs, and are available on most 767 flights, as well as select Airbus flights. |

KLM has a much better in-flight as well as ground service on all its flights and aircraft. |

I wouldnt mind to fly with Aeroflot. Their inflight service (food and drinks) is better in Y/C than KLM. So its all about the price, unless your company pays. |

Personally, I would choose KLM.
When Aeroflot was the National Airline of the USSR, they had over 6000 accidents, that figure has dropped dramatically since then, but they still use old Russian Planes for most of their fleet.
KLM has good food, drinks, entertainment, etc. Yes they do have seatback tv's in economy, most quality European Airlines do.
Aeroflot doesn't have seatback tv's on most of their aircraft, so it's safe to stick with KLM.
