I don' blame you but they must have a lot of confidence in the company to allow the bad bits to be shown. TV have a habit of only showing the worst in people - you only have to watch the Big Brother programmes to know that.
You should try them yourself and then you can make a better judgement. |

Fair play to them for allowing a warts and all view to be broadcast.
They hide nothing and it makes me wonder how much the other airlines have to hide. |

To be honest I formed the opposite opinion. You buy an easy Jet ticket on the basis that its no frills but they seem to be pretty helpful with problems. Most of the problems on the show are because people are late/pissed/stupid.
That said, I prefet not to fly with them because I hate the pre-board scrum. Is seat allocation that hard? |

Don't forget Easy Jet let this programme appear and you are only seeing the problems, not the hundreds of satisfied air passengers. Must admit though, I can't understand why they let the programme go on TV. |

What happened, I used them once and found them ok, but must admit I prefer BA. |

I haven't used them but anything cut price could mean lower standards |

I've found Easy Jet considerably better than Ryan Air who really are uncaring and money grabbers. They give a whole new meaning to "extra charges"... |

I agree. We have the equivalent "budget" airlines in the US (or "low-fare" airlines as they're called here) and they're not so great. Southwest Airlines flies older planes and doesn't even give assigned seating, and they fly into inconvenient airports. With the relatively small amount that I would save by flying them, I'd spend more money to get to the inconvenient airport. The other major "low-fare" airline, JetBlue, is nicer - they have individual TV screens at each seat - but it's actually no cheaper than other airlines. |

I have used Easy Jet many times and had no problems except the departing times are rather early but BMI Baby are top of my list |

remember that this is a TELEVISION show and as such is looking for passengers who will make good television - angry, sad, dressed up as monkleys - anything that makes good TV. easyjet runs like any other airline - turn up on time with your passport and you'll be able to fly. People always turn up so late and then expect the aircraft (with all of its passengers) to be late with them!
It wont show you the 99% of passengers who have a trouble free service.easyjet is a very good airline with a very young fleet. I've never had any problems. |
