Your question is beyond facts. All major International airlines have already decreased their fares by almost 40% what else you expect?

Disagree with you. Air fares are decreasing everyday. There is a price war and survival war going on in the airline industry. Some airlines and travel companies are offering 65% to 70% discount on some routes, if you book early. In India, some low-cost airlines are offering Rs 0 (Rupees zero) fare on some routes. Ofcourse, you have to pay the taxes and fees (payable to the government) which are high.

Continental, and Southwest are normally the cheapest. I really like Continental, I would fly them even if they weren't the cheapest. So check those two out, and you will more than liekly find a deal.

yeah i know but decrease in fuel costs does not mean ur air fares should decrease.ur airfare comprises of various other factors also like maintainece n all n not only fuel.there is also global meltdown in every country's finance.such high costs should never suprise you.maybe in the future the prices may come down but only marginally.But do not forget the prices r going to be astronomical in the future.u can take my word.
