Airports in califonia?

This seems like a very silly question. But here's my attempt... I'll just stick to the major airports around the major cities, with legacy service.

Los Angeles area - LAX, BUR, LGB, ONT, SNA, SBA, PSP
San Diego area - SAN, CLD (Tijuana is building a new terminal too).
San Francisco area - SFO, OAK, SJC, MRY, STS
Others - RNO (near Lake Tahoe), FAT, BFL.

For myself, my favorite SoCal airport is Orange County (SNA), because it's not THAT crowded, and still in the midst of everything (sorry, ONT is too far out there). LAX is mostly a dump (definitely not the best). Arguably, SFO is the best large airport in California, especially due to their International Terminal. I also think the food at SFO is the best.... very tasty.

off the top of my head...
LAX, ONT, LGB, BFL, SAN,SFO,IPL, SNA,BUR,PSP...
(LA, ONTARIO, LONG BEACH. SAN DIEGO, SAN FRANSISCO, IMPERIAL, SANTA ANA, BURBANK, PALM SPRINGS)
I AM SURE THERE ARE MORE

You can use Ontario (ONT), Orange County(SNA) , Long Beach (LGB), Los Angeles (LAX), Burbank (BUR). Those are the ones I fly into for Southern CA.

What kind of question is this?

john
yes the best one is LAX ( los angelos international)

N955EV
if you are looking into SoCal and want to avoid crowded airports DO NOT go to LAX. ONT is about 65 miles away located in Ontario. it is pretty small but handels bigger aircraft. Burbank is also good but not many airlines fly in there, San Diego and John Wayne (AKA. Orange County) are better than LAX but still crowded. In my mind ONT is the best option.

Yes, there are airports in California. The ones closest to me are Sacramento International Airport, Stockton Metropolitan Airport , Rio Vista Airport, Lodi Airport, and a helicopter air pad on top of Lodi Memorial Hospital.

Polymath
In Southern California, it goes like this.

LAX (Los Angeles International) - Bad.
Burbank - Very Good.
Ontario - Good.
Orange County - Good.
San Diego - Taking off - Good. Landing - Good Luck.
