Don't worry about who is on the plane with you. A lot of people give in to fear, which is what you're talking about.

Your average everyday Muslim is just like your average everyday Christian/Jew/Buddhist. If they're on a plane, it's to get from Point A to Point B; just like everyone else.

So-PLEASE!-don't get the average everyday people mixed up with the extremists... ;)

I think that Muslims get a bad rap. Just because the minority have done wrong or say bad things in the media, doesn't mean they speak for all Muslims. It's like saying that the whites who speak bad about blacks speak for the whole white race. It just isn't the case.

Muslims are still people. Many of them are very kind. They are just like us, they have families and homes. Only a tiny bit of Muslims want to hurt Americans. They dont like our government, but they think that the people are fine. You will be safe.

Go and talk to some Muslim people. They are wonderful people, and much nicer than many 'God-fearing Christians' I know.

It is hard to pick out a muslim unless they intentionally dress in a muslim fashion. You could be sitting next to a muslim and not be aware of it. I don't have a problem the way people look; it is the mannerisms of people that make me uncomfortable. I don't think you are a racist for feeling a little apprenhensive. People are racists when they act on their feelings of suspiscion and disdain for others based on relgion creed and color.

Well im 13 and last year i went on a flight to calfiornia with my parents and like after nine 11 i think some ppl just become a little racist and see someone different and r like omg omg omg . But like there was a muslim person on are plane and at first i was nervous and then i thought about and was like wow their only human and shes a little old lady wats she gunna do to hurt us? Its kinda of a intial recantion to be like ahhh different nationaltiy..after 911. But i dont think theres anything wrong for you to think that . I can name some white people who are really sick people ( not personally...ahh the news) and tons of muslims who probally r better hearted. For example where i live a white mother was convicted of having a young infant son got sick of him and put him in the microave..turned it on..and roasted him to death. To me thats totally disgusting and you have to be one sick person to do such a thing. So i would wouldnt worry about the plane and muslims bc for every muslim on the plan their could be a white person on the plane who could be 10 times worse than u could imagine. A human is a human ,skin color doesnt mean anything just cuz society cums up wit a retarded sterotype for muslims doesnt mean any thing...a human is only capable of doing so much. So dont be afraid or anything just ignore peoples opnion !
