From where? It all depends on where you are starting from, duh?

Hi Lisa,

We like Hawaii for Christmas. We share a little condo there on Oahu near Diamond Head. Hang Loose!

It is an unfortunate reality that not everyone shares a love of children. Some travelers actually don't like little ones at all. A kikki kicking the back of your seat on a long flight can be pretty bad! Even having to share a meal with a noisy family of five can be a real experience for everyone. An event best unspent. I suggest you vacation without the children. Everyone will appreciate it. You might find almost anywhere will be better without the kids. The traveling public will be glad you were considerate. Thank you for your every consideration.

If you want to take the children, they will love:

the zoo, a circus, a fair, a carnival, the cinema. They are usually easy to please.

Good luck,

Mike ---Please pick my answer as BEST!

Tenerife is nice at Xmas. Mid to high 20s, not too busy (as in summer, nobody seems to realise the tropics arent particularly cold in winter!), cheap. Id reccommend Costa Adejo, quiet and relaxing, but with plently to do nearby. No drunken British idiots to contend with either!

Orlando, Florida.... Take them to Disneyworld... There is a Holiday Inn about 10 miles out only $50 a night.. It has a little kids park and pool.. there is a bus that will take you over to Disneys Theme Park for free from Holiday Inn

Thailand....Hua Hin & Cha-Am. Those 2 towns are having nice & clean beaches. Airfair is cheap from any destinations. Cheap & good hotels. Good timing during X-mas as the wheather is not hot.

HELP! Where are you now?
Do you want to escape the snow? I suggest Mexico. Its usually pretty inexpensive (get a good travel agend and book a package).
Do you want to get to the snow? I suggest Vermont. Stay at a B&B.
If international is possible, I suggest you do a Yahoo search on Sunny Christmas Vacation, etc. Be sure to check with travel agents. They are paid to make good recommendations and can help with travel insurance etc. Don't dismiss them. They've been a great help to us!

inexpensive over Christmas - Europe. It's the off season and airfares are low, hotel rates are low, and it's not very crowded!
