Emirates service is amazing. Lie flat seats, huge personal TV's, your own personal mini bar on first class, friendly and corteous staff and modern, immaculate lounges. |

9 /10 they are an excellent airline with very new aircraft, good service tghe ICE entertaiment system is one of the best I have flown with along with mood lighting Seat pitch 33 inches in most but some 32 inches the A330 have less room than the 777 if you are flying to Australia or New Zealand from Dubai the A340 -500 is excellent. They are fitting flat beds in the 777 and is this being domne on the New york route first. if you are flying from the UK the regional airport departures make life very easy |

The airline itself is very nice, good legroom, OK seats, but the best bit is the Ice entertainment system! Its the best thing Ive ever seen on an aeroplane because it keeps you busy for hours! You can select what movie, tv program, radio station or song you want just by tapping the screen, so awesome! My favourite thing about it is that it has every single no.1 uk hit from when the carts began.
BUT, if your on a connecting flight you have to endure the awful Dubai airport departures lounge, its just way too small for the very busy airline it serves. My advise would be to try and schedule your connecting flight during the night (Dubai time) when it is still busy but not over packed and crammed! Duty free is ace though. |

i give them a 10 the food was good the seats comforatble lots of great movies , the crew is international and very respectable, new planes and on time arrivals and departures and nice vip lounges |

Flown them loads of times as I was working in Dubai. Service average, value for money only fair. Seating in business OK but naff in economy. Their website is rubbish.
If you are flying to Dubai suuest you consider Etihad to Abu Dhabi who then provide a coach service connection (foc) to Dubai. |

Never heard any moaning from people who have flown with them. They seem to be one of the better airlines.
Apparently flying ecomomy class with them is much better than flying economy with other airlines such as BA, Qantas etc.
Food selection is excellent, as is the inflight entertainment. |
