as long as it is not in a carry-on you should be able to...however you should ask the airline you are using for their policies - you will probably have to show it to them icluding the paperwork

I would definitely think they would say something to you about. You should check with your airliner and ask them yourself.

Wastedmilkman61
you can take real guns if they are in cases, the firearm is not able to fire without changing something.

you should be fine, just buy a case, claim it as a firearm.

I know this for a fact because my dad and i took a 12 gauge shotgun from chicago to canada to go hunting and they said it was a normal occurence.

You most definitely can bring a bb gun in your check-in luggage:http://www.channelgroup.org/wjpassengers/main_search.htm
After you go to this web page, click on firearms and ammo. It states that bb guns are allowed in your check-in luggage, but must be unloaded, as are most firearms, although there are restrictions. Sawed-off shotguns and automatic weapons are not allowed under any circumstances.

In your checked baggage will be fine but beware, some countrys ban BB guns.

I flew back home to Australia and I was asked if I had a BB gun (i dont know why, I came back from Japan though), I said no and asked why the question and I was told that they were illigel in Australia, so just make sure that they are legal in Canada first. It should be as you guys are allowd to have weapons!

You probobly wouldn't be able to take. IF you can't take a large amount of soap I highly doubt you can take a BB gun.
