Are cats allowed on planes?
From Canada to somewhere in Asia maybe? And how many are you allowed to take?
not really inside the plane beside you.
but they are set in the cage and be put under the plane with the baggages.

Usually no more than one or two and they both have to be in a kennel and checked like baggage. Check with the individual airline. Usually though any food or animals going across borders, especially overseas is a big no-no because you don't know what the animal might do to the other eco-system.

Air Canada does not allow animals in their cabin, you would have to send the animal through cargo. Cathay and other airlines do allow animals in their cabins and you would be allowed to bring the animal as your carry on.
