Yes, they are. Cell phones must be be turned off. Best option is put them in carry-on bag. |

unless there is some new rule that I haven't heard of they will usually let you carry either of those items in with you but you can not use them during the flight. |

Cellphone can only be used in the "airplane" mode so they
can not transmit nor receive. |

Both items are allowed in your carry on luggage. Your cell phone will need to be turned off for the duration of your flight, but the camera you can use other then during takeoff and landing. |

you can take both, the cell phone i dont believe can be turned on and i dont even think airplane mode is allowed so i believe u have to have it turned all the way off. |

both are allowed, but the phone has to be turned off while in flight. It can be used while taxiing at the destination. the camera can be used anytime, unless it is a camera phone. |

Cameras are no problem, and obey the instructions for not using your cell phone when they tell you to turn it off. |
