SONG airlines has a built in music player in the SEATS so I'd think that they'd let you carry your iPod.

Yes they are, as long as you are above 10,000 feet. You can also ask a flight attendant to make sure.

yes..when you go on the flight they give you a short list (verbal) of things you need to turn off, then tell you when to turn them on again..

Absolutely. You have to turn it off during take off and landing but during the rest of the flight you can use it.

Yes. You can't use them while taking off or when landing. The pilot or flight attendants will let you know when they are allowed to be used as well as when they need to be put away.

Yes. They allow lap tops too. You should probably wait until you're either given permission or you're in the air. They don't allow mobile phones though as that gives off a signal.
