Yeah, you can those stuff on board. Just remeber, if your going to bring the liquid kind, you can only bring up to 3oz (each) of that thing and you have to put them in a quart sized ziptop bag. If your eyeliner, lipliner and mascara are the solid kind, then you probably dont have to follow the 3oz rule.
The 3oz rule only applies to all liquid makeups, but not the solid kinds. |

Eyeliner and lip-liner are allowed in you purse or carry-on bag as long as they are not spill-able in any way. Mascara is "technically" considered a liquid/gel so you will need to put that in a plastic zip-lock bag (1qt) to guarantee it will not be confiscated... It will all depend on how much TSA is paying attention that day. |

They are allowed yes. If they are pencil type you don't need to do anything. If the eye liner is liquid then it and the mascara need to go into a quart sized ziploc bag with any other liquid or gel products under 3.4 ounces. |

eye liner and lip liner are fine as long as they are the pencil type, if they are liquid you need to put it in a plastic zip loc bag ( 1quart) mascara has to go in the baggy!

The people who are saying "no" obviously do not travel very much.
Solid eyeliner, lipliner and mascara are all fine in your carry-on, and need not be put in the plastic bag. |

its just easier that way.
they ask you to remove that bag and to place it onto a tray.
better than having you rummage through your bag to remove all liquid items, rite? |

No, neither of these are allowed in your carry on,but you can take them in a ziploc bag.
